Our company, which is a new and energetic container fitting manufacturer, was established in 2008. Our factory covers an area of 30,000sqm, including a building area of 16,000sqm. Our factory is located in Mengcun County - the pipe fitting hometown in China. We are close to Tianjin Port, Beijing City and the Bohai Sea. The transportation is very convenient and the environment is excellent. Our factory has the most advanced manufacturing skills. We have sand coating, intermediate frequency electric melting and machining equipment. We also have the most advanced testing equipment to test sand melting point, tensile stress, bending strength and gas evolution rate. What's more, we have direct-reading spectrometers, carbon sulfur analyzers, manganese silicone phosphorus analyzers, metallurgical microscopes and physical property checking equipment, like hydraulic universal material testing machines, hammer impact testing machines, low impact testers, digital intelligent ultrasonic flaw detectors, etc. Our company has many skilled technicians, workers and college graduates. Our production capacity is 250,000 sets per year. We have got ISO9001:2008 quality management system certificate, BV certificate issued by French Ship's Classification Society and ABS certificate in 2009.
